WebApp Registration Phase – Video Making Company These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the web application (“WebApp”) provided by [Company Name], a video making company, and its affiliated entities (“Company”). 1. Account Registration:

b) Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties;    
c) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the WebApp or its related systems;    
d) Interfering with or disrupting the WebApp’s functionality or the user experience of others;    
e) Engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct.

2.3 Content Ownership: Any content you upload or create using the WebApp remains your intellectual property. However, by using the WebApp, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the video making services.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:

3.1 No Warranty: The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability, reliability, or functionality of the WebApp. The WebApp is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3.2 Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the WebApp, including any damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

4. Privacy Policy:
